Faculty Advisor
Professor Roark teaches real estate and finance courses and has joined the Haslam College of Business to help develop a real estate program. Prior to transitioning to academia in 2006, Scott worked in the commercial real estate industry within asset management, portfolio management and acquisitions. He has been part of the faculty at Boise State University and Colorado State University and was Director of the Everitt Real Estate Center at CSU. Professor Roark holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Texas A&M University and a PhD in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
President
Caroline is a sophomore at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Real Estate collateral. As the President of the Real Estate Club at UTK and an active member of Women in Finance, Caroline is passionate about networking, collaboration, and building connections with peers who share similar interests in finance and real estate. With a strong foundation in math and analytical thinking, Caroline is focused on a career in real estate finance, where they aim to merge their love for real estate with their technical skills.
