Our Mission
The UTK Real Estate Club seeks to provide resources to students of all backgrounds—whether you are already pursuing a career in Real Estate or are looking to discover a new passion for the industry. Through interactive meetings, speaker events, and learning sessions, we are equipping students with the tools to be successful in their careers throughout Tennessee and beyond.
The UTK Real Estate Club is a student-run organization with speakers from various areas of real estate, including Brokers, Agents, Developers, and Investors. While we explore all sectors, including Industrial and Residential, our primary focus is centered on Commercial Real Estate. Future field trips to project sites to meet with leading companies and compete in case competitions are also planned, offering members unique opportunities to learn and grow together. We are also planning to have events to build a more interactive and collaborative culture within the club, which will allow students the opportunity to build lasting connections with each other. The UTK Real Estate Club is open to all business majors.
Biweekly meetings are held on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM. Food and refreshments are usually not served, so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the calendar for the semester schedule, and feel free to reach out at the contact page for any potential concerns!
