Dr. Scott Roark

Faculty Advisor


Professor Roark teaches real estate and finance courses and has joined the Haslam College of Business to help develop a real estate program.  Prior to transitioning to academia in 2006, Scott worked in the commercial real estate industry within asset management, portfolio management and acquisitions. He has been part of the faculty at Boise State University and Colorado State University and was Director of the Everitt Real Estate Center at CSU.  Professor Roark holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Texas A&M University and a PhD in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Caroline Robinson

Current/Preceding President


Caroline is a junior at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Real Estate collateral. As the President of the Real Estate Club at UTK and an active member of Women in Finance, Caroline is passionate about networking, collaboration, and building connections with peers who share similar interests in finance and real estate. With a strong foundation in math and analytical thinking, Caroline is focused on a career in real estate finance, where she aims to merge her love for real estate with her technical skills.

Owen Pack

Succeeding President


Owen is a junior studying Finance & Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He has been a member of REC since his freshman year and has taken a collateral in real estate. He is currently an intern at SVN | Wood Properties, where he has gained experience in property management and brokerage coordination.


Beyond real estate, Owen is actively involved in other finance organizations on campus, continuing to build his technical skills. Outside of academics, he is a fan of all Tennessee athletics and enjoys staying active through golf and pickleball.


As President, Owen is excited to help grow the club, expand opportunities for members, and help students network in real estate.

Eddyne Benoit

Succeeding Executive Vice President


Eddyne Benoit is a junior studying Finance with a real estate collateral. Through internships with Project Destined, T. Dallas Smith & Company, and SVN | Wood Properties, she has gained experience in both commercial real estate brokerage and private equity.

With a background of growing up around real estate, Eddyne has developed a genuine appreciation for the industry and is especially interested in commercial real estate development. She is also passionate about introducing more students to the field and hopes to help expand awareness and interest in commercial real estate across campus.

Outside of the Real Estate Club, she enjoys traveling and is involved in a student ministry, The Walk at Sevier Heights.

As Executive Vice President, Eddyne looks forward to helping strengthen the club and creating meaningful opportunities for members.

Logan Bliss

Vice President of Industry Relations


Logan is a Junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, studying Finance with a focus on Real Estate. A Licensed Real Estate Affiliate Broker, Logan has been a driving force in the UTK Real Estate Club since Spring 2025, focusing on connecting students with industry leaders and professional mentorship. With an entrepreneurial background dating back to age 11, Logan brings a results-driven mindset to Commercial Brokerage and Property Development. He has gained extensive hands-on experience shadowing top-tier brokers and investors, specializing in deal structuring and high-level negotiations. Logan is committed to delivering exceptional value through strategic analysis and relationship-building as he grows his career in the Knoxville real estate market.

Martin Zou

Vice President of Finance


Martin is a Finance major at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, minoring in Philosophy with a collateral in Real Estate. As an Executive Board member for the Real Estate Club and the Management Society, and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, he combines rigorous financial analysis with disciplined critical thinking. His background in high-pressure hospitality and his leadership roles have built a strong foundation in organizational strategy and problem-solving.

Beyond his professional goals in property development and investment, Martin is an avid traveler and dedicated MMA practitioner. Whether he is training in the gym, learning the guitar, or exploring the world, he applies the same focus and curiosity that drive his long-term ambitions to become a private real estate investor and developer.

Danny Dilella

Vice President of Engagement


Danny is a second-year Finance student at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, minoring in Entrepreneurship with a collateral in Real Estate. As Recruitment Chair for the UTK Real Estate Club, he grew membership by over 50 students and coordinated professional site tours in Atlanta and Nashville. His background includes shadowing at CBRE, where he evaluated industrial warehouses, and completing the CCIM "Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate" course.

Beyond his technical expertise, Danny has spent four years as a caddie at St. Davids Golf Club. This experience, combined with his academic focus, has helped him develop the strong communication skills and disciplined work ethic necessary for a career in finance and commercial real estate.

Drew Einfalt

Industry Relations Chair


Drew is an incoming second-year Finance student with a collateral in Real Estate from the suburbs of Chicago. He is a member of the Business Fellows Program in the Haslam College of Business, and he's always looking for opportunities to learn, network, and grow in the real estate and business world. He has a passion for building meaningful relationships, and he enjoys traveling and seeing how commercial real estate development changes the dynamics of different communities. He loves to golf, play pickleball, and cook. He hopes to one day own his own commercial real estate development firm somewhere in the south.
